Scratch Resistant Film is a consequence of special chemical treatment onto the surface of base BOPP film. Scratch-free film is extrusion-coated with EVA by internal surface, giving support to be laminated through heat. It is especially designed for high quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on outside that give the film a pleasant touch and enhance the image of laminated products.
What is Scratch Resistant Lamination Film?
As the name suggests, this film is scratch resistant due to special chemical treatment applied to the base BOPP film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, providing support for heat lamination. Anti-scratch Thermal Laminating Film is specifically designed for high-quality media, featuring a semi-matte surface on one side that provides a pleasant tactile experience and enhances the appearance of laminated products. Scratch Resistant Lamination Film is considered a luxury packaging material for cosmetics, technology, and other applications requiring post-lamination enhancement.
Packaging
- Each roll of Scratch Resistant lamination film (3" paper core) is packed by carton
- 4-8 rolls of Scratch Resistant laminating film (1" paper core) are packed by carton
- Cartons of Scratch Resistant film roll will be packed into pallets
- 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1*20FCL container (approximately 400 rolls)
- 20-22 pallets loaded into 1*40GP container (approximately 800 rolls)

Normally: 25 days

Price is negotiable according to quantity:

• 30% deposit and 70% balance
