Transparent Scratch Resistant Film For Offset Printing 28Microns Thickness

This scratch thermal lamination film supports various printing methods including offset printing, screen printing, and gravure printing. The material is BOPP available in both glossy and matte finishes, with 28 microns being the most popular thickness. Customized thickness options are available upon customer request.

As the name suggests, this film provides scratch resistance through special chemical treatment applied to the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, enabling lamination through heat application.

• 4-8 rolls of scratch resistant laminating film (1" paper core) are packed by carton
• Cartons of scratch resistant film rolls are packed onto pallets
• 10 to 12 pallets loaded into 1×20FCL container (approximately 400 rolls)
• 20-22 pallets loaded into 1×40GP container (approximately 800 rolls)
