BOPP anti-scratch matte thermal lamination film is a high-quality, versatile product available in multiple sizes. This non-toxic, pollution-free film features high transparency and gloss, low static, excellent wear resistance, long corona aging, minimal defects, and good tearing properties.

Primarily used for printing composition, bag making, adhesive tape production, and other base materials, this film offers strong powder absorption and can blister and film release after being concaved or protruded. The matte lamination film is suitable for partially UV glazing after film laminating, hot stamping, screen printing, and frosted processes.

Easy to operate - once the hot roller temperature meets requirements, film laminating can be done at any time without requiring professional skills.

Lustre Finish Lamination Film, also called Gloss Lamination Film, features a glossy surface finish. Produced by multi extrusion coating lines, it consists of two layers: a plastic film (primarily BOPP or PET) and an adhesive glue layer of EVA.

Thermal Gloss laminating film is also known as dry, hot, or heat laminating film.

Printing houses commonly use BOPP gloss laminating film rolls for commercial and school printing applications, as well as graphic arts large format projects. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull finishes, is heated as protection on paper covers.
